This is a 36 year old female who presented to our clinic after already having undergone an augmentation revision because she desired a smaller breast size. She was also very physically active and wanted an implant position that would be more comfortable. She underwent revision of her breast augmentation with a site change to subglandular for comfort, smaller implants, 345 cc, and mesh for additional support.
