This is a 29 year old female who desired fullness and correction of natural asymmetry. She is fitness enthusiast and desired this surgery to have minimal impact on her pectoralis muscle. She underwent subglandular breast augmentation with 255cc silicone implant on the left and 275cc silicone implant on the right with mesh.
