A world-class surgeon at AG Aesthetic Center

Dr. Aaron Gilson is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with fellowship training in aesthetic surgery. He specializes in bringing a holistic approach to assist you in achieving your aesthetic ideal.

Utilizing both surgical and non-surgical techniques, he works with every patient to tailor and individualize treatments for the best aesthetic result for the face, breast, and body.

Dr. Gilson is a proud Vancouver resident, and he’s excited to bring his knowledge, skill, and passion for plastic surgery to the residents of the Portland-metro area.

Training

Dr. Gilson’s training has taken him from the East to the West Coast: starting at Massachusetts General Hospital as a research associate after graduating from Vassar College, through medical school at Lincoln Memorial University where he graduated as a member of the national Sigma Sigma Pi medical honor society.

Dr. Gilson then completed a general surgery residency at Waterbury Hospital and went on to do a plastics and reconstructive surgical residency at the University of Tennessee, culminating in a prestigious fellowship in aesthetic surgery in Oregon under the tutelage of the Vice President of The American Society of Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Kiya Movassaghi.

Giving back

Throughout his 13 years of medical training, Dr. Gilson has participated in multiple international surgical missions with a focus on education and sustainability in addition to scientific publications and presentations related to plastic surgery.

If you or a family member is or has been recently ill, please call and reschedule any non-urgent appointment. Symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to a cold and may include: fever, cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath. If you are not ill, but would be more comfortable rescheduling your appointment, please call us and we will be happy assist
