This is a 35 year old female who desired body contouring to the abdomen after having 2 children and losing approximately 60 pounds. She also desired more fullness to her breasts. She underwent full abdominoplasty as well as bilateral dual plane breast augmentation with 450cc silicone implants and mesh.
