This is a 33 year old female who desired body contouring to the abdomen after having 2 children. She was also interested in added volume to the breasts. She underwent full abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks for added shape as well as bilateral dual plane breast augmentation with 445cc silicone implants.
